The entrance to universities in Germany is generally possible with a Proof of a Higher Education Entrance Qualification and its translation (officially attested), i.e. a proof of qualification equivalent to the Abitur (German university entrance requirement) AND usually 1-2 years of study at a university in the country of origin.
All programmes at Harz University of Applied Sciences are taught in German. In order to be able to follow the courses, it is mandatory to provide evidence of sufficient German language skills for admission to Harz University of Applied Sciences.
Exclusively one of the following recognised language test verification certificates must be provided along with the application documents:
Applicants who do not meet, or only partially meet, the admission requirements for study are advised to attend a foundation course before studying in Germany in order to acquire admission eligibility and sufficient knowledge of the German language.
Harz University of Applied Sciences does not have its own foundation course. However, you can apply directly to a foundation course in Germany or the relevant foundation course at Hochschule Anhalt in Köthen.
