Peer Learning Groups

The Peer Learning Groups are a key component of the project. They promote personal exchange, facilitate the sharing of specialist knowledge in a peer-to-peer format and, at the same time, strengthen intercultural cooperation.

The aim of the Peer Learning Groups is to connect university staff from teaching, research and administration, as well as central departments such as language centres, research administration or international offices at the four participating universities. The focus is on peer-to-peer exchange: university staff who are working on similar issues within their respective professional contexts come together to share their experiences or jointly develop potential solutions.

The first Peer Learning Groups will start in the winter semester 26/27 and will initially take place virtually. The meetings usually last between 60 and 90 minutes and are held every four to eight weeks. The project staff is responsible for organisation, invitations and documentation. The duration of the groups is generally open-ended, but may be concluded after just two or three meetings, depending on the topic and needs
