English

Proof of English language proficiency is not required if English is your native language or if you have a university entrance qualification from one of the following countries:

  • Australia
  • United Kingdom
  • Ireland
  • Canada (except Quebec and New Brunswick)
  • New Zealand
  • United States

If the above conditions are not met, proof of English language proficiency must be provided. Language proficiency can be demonstrated through school records or recognized language certificates.

School documents

To prove English language proficiency at level B2, at least the following points or grades must be shown on school certificates. The certificates must not be more than two years old.
In at least one upper secondary school report, in an English course with increased requirements (e.g., advanced course, core subject, profile subject) 10 points
In at least one upper secondary school report, in an English course with basic requirements (e.g., basic course, elective subject) 12 points
Technical college diploma, English grade 2

Recognized language certificates

The following language certificates are accepted as proof of English language proficiency at level B2. The tests must not be more than two years old.

French

You don't need to prove your French language skills if French is your native language. Otherwise, you can show your language level with school documents or recognized language certificates.

Spanish

Spanish language proficiency does not need to be demonstrated if Spanish is your native language. Otherwise, you can demonstrate your language proficiency through school records or recognized language certificates.
