The library currently carries more than 133,000 items at both campuses, in Wernigerode and Halberstadt. Corresponding to the range of courses at the Hs Harz, the main focus of the library is on business studies, administrative management, automation & computer science, tourism, leisure, design, languages and law.

You must order all library items in advance.
You have no direct access to bookshelves in the reading rooms or textbook collections! Send an email listing Author, Title and Book ID ("Signatur") to Mrs Peters for items in Wernigerode and to Mrs Liebscher for items in Halberstadt. An appointment for pick-up will be scheduled with you. Please remember to bring your student ID for pick-up.
Items can be returned using the return box, located to the left of the library entrance at the area of the lockers (Building 9).
