Two paths to a doctorate at Harz University

For prospective doctoral students, we offer a cooperative doctoral procedure in collaboration with a university. They work closely with a first supervising professor who works at a university or another university with the right to award doctorates. At the Harz University of Applied Sciences, they also have a second supervisor. They are bound by the doctoral regulations of the cooperating university, are subject to the decisions of the doctoral committee there and can enrol free of charge in the qualification programme for doctoral students at our university.
